Physiotherapy is primarily concerned with the remediation and prevention of injuries, impairments and disabilities in adults and children. The focus is on pain relief and the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential through evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.

Pro-Physio is a practice centrally based at the Sandton Medi-Clinic in Bryanston.  We treat and rehabilitate a wide range of conditions, including:-

At Pro-Physio we use skilled evaluation to make diagnoses relating to biomechanics, movement and impairment from trauma, injury or illness.

We use hands on therapy such as joint mobilisation and manipulation, massage therapy, dry needling and acupressure and individualised exercise programmes and electrotherapy.

At our premises we also have two biokineticists with a Biodex Isokinetic System 3 and two occupational therapists specialising in hand therapy.
